Grab your birthing partner for this private (virtual) workshop. You’ll get access to self-paced learning content to get acquainted with the basics prior to joining me for a live 75 minute session. We will workshop communication tips, hands-on partner techniques to support coping as well as practice positions and breath work to enhance the childbirth process, no matter how your labor unfolds.
